The First Philippine Web Design Conference

It's finally here.

function() & .class Web Design Conference is the first and only event in Asia for web designers by web designers. Initiated by the newly-formed Philippine Web Designers Organization, the conference provides a venue for discussion and learning of world-class standards, latest trends, current opportunities and challenges in the web design industry, and other emerging aspects of Information and Communication Technology (ICT).

The event aims to unite over 400 professional and aspiring web designers to actively discuss work-related values and practices, exchange current web standards, compare experiences, and share stories to the next wave of web experts through a lively, interactive exchange of ideas. In the long term, the event aims to uplift the state of Philippines web design.

Birthday Gifts HitList =)

Hahahahaha! June 14 is my birth date and it will soon to come. LOL. Through my 18 years of age, I haven't encountered receiving bonggacious gifts. Hahahaha! Now that I'll be turning to 19 years old, another heck of experience that will drive my way.

AKO MISMO!

AKO... IKAW... Magkaisa TAYONG mga Pilipino! Tama na muna ang pormahan, ang gimikan, ang asaran, ang kulitan, tama na muna ang walang kakwenta kwentang bagay! Makisama ka para saating bansa.

Matatawa ka man sa mga pinagsasabi ko. Pwes hindi to korny o kung ano ano pang ilusyon. Ikaw?! Nahihirapan ka na ba? Marami ka bang gustong makamit? Nawiwindang ka na ba sa mga ginagawa ng mga maruruming pulitika? Sawang sawa ka na ba magreklamo? Nababanas ka na ba sa puro salita na wala namang ginagawa?

Hindi mo na ba napapansin ang lupa na kung saan ka isinilang? Kinakalimutan mo na ba ang responsibilidad mo?! Ano nga ba't para saan ito?! Nalilito ka na sa buhay mo at ito na ang paraan upang maituwid ang mga kamalian sa sarili.. hindi lang sayo kundi para sa ikabubuti ng ating bansa.

Noong isang gabi habang ako ay nagpplurk ay may isang bagay na pumukaw ng aking atensyon. Wala akong idea kung ano nga ba 'tong link na napasok ko... at ito ay ang "AKO MISMO". Ito'y isang website na kung saan ang mga pilipino ay nagrehistro at umako sa kani-kanilang pagkikilos para sa ikauunlad ng ating bansa. Hindi ito survey o ano mang aggreement para sa isang project ng government. Ito ay agreement, pagsasaad ng ating commitment para sa ating bansa.. Tayo mismo ang kikilos.. Ikaw kapatid? Ano ang gagawin mo para matulungan ang Pilipinas?

Mahigit 52,000 pledges na ang nasa site.. at parami na ng parami ang mga pilipino na nakikisimpatya para sa ating kinabukasan at lalong lalo na sa ating bansa. Makisama na dito at panindigan natin ang ating sarili. Huwag na tayo umasa at maghintay sa wala.. Tayo na mismo ang sumulong at umaksyon.. Kahit isang butil na kooperasyon ay katumbas na ng napakalaking bagay para maingat ang ating bansa.

Huwag sana tayo makornyhan... Para din po ito sa lahat.... mga mamamayan natin na lugmok sa kahirapan... mga nangangailangan ng tulong sa ating paligid.. AKO.. IKAW.. TAYONG lahat magkakasama...

Animal Cruelty~

I can't take this anymore!! First, there was a rumor about animal killers; Second, there was a blog entry written by Rico last April 2009 about John Conrad Candare, Self-Proclaimed “Cat Serial Killer”, Online; Third, Campaigns from concerned people; and now... When I was watching "Jessica Soho Reports", animal cruelty became the topic. lol.

There are lots of Animal Haters aside from John Conrad Candare... However, According to some experts, the reasons behind violent acts against animals goes way back in a person's time line. A 21-year old guy named "Mike" is an example, who suffered a great deal of child abuse years ago. Killing animals was his way of getting revenge to what his parents did to him when he was still a kid.

"A community who is devoted to animals.. is a community with providence."

Anyways, if we really have problems and we can't resist on it.. dang! don't fucking take revenge tru experimenting animals.. We're like them... We're also created by God as his instrument in this world.
